Wear an unlined bra that supports your natural shape before you begin; avoid padded or bralette bras.
Wrap the measuring tape around the widest area of your bust to determine the measurement. The measuring tape should remain horizontal. Hold firmly but not too tightly.
Wrap the measuring tape around your ribcage, evenly and directly beneath your bust, to determine the underbust measurement.
